About the company
ETI is a company with more than 65 years’ tradition. Since 1950 until now, we have grown from a small ceramic manufacturer into an international group with more than 1600 employees, with products sold to more than 60 countries all over the world. ETI group consists of more than fifteen companies with production locations in several European countries.
We are organized into three business divisions: technical ceramics, fuses and switchgear manufacturing. Ceramic division is only present in Slovenia, with more than 250 employees and two manufacturing plants, Izlake and Kamnik. Most of technical ceramic products are custom made and manufactured from silicate and alumina ceramics. Materials are processed in ETI by high quality and reliable technologies which guarantee high value for the customer. We develop and manufacture ceramic components in cooperation with the customer requests, our engineers can also be members of customer’s development teams.
ETI technical ceramic products are present in many industrial applications worldwide, such as:
- automotive industry,
- electrical engineering,
- electronics and sensors,
- heating engineering,
- household appliances,
- process engineering,
- high temperature applications,
- welding applications,
- wear and corrosion resistance engineering and others.
Our processes follow international standards ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004.
